Most of our HK counterparts prefer huge, grand hotels in Bangkok, but they are no competition to Baan Pra Nond... The beautiful house, nice staff and the feel of staying in a friend's place all made our trip really wonderful. I especially enjoyed sitting on the soft and cuddly leather sofa and feeling the wind flow acroww the sitting room. And yet the room is modernly furnished with everthing we need. We love this place!

We have stayed in many hotels/B&Bs in many countries and we both fully agree that Baan Pra Nond is definitely one of the best. Jason & Tasma could not have been more welcoming / accomodating & helpful and supportive, especially when one of us had to attend hospital. Jason & Tasma drove us there, helped with language barriers and processes and even stayed for several hours until sure things were sorted! If this is not enough the house itself is simply gorgeous & the rest of the staf are always smiling. Our few days here at the end of our honeymoon have ben delightful! Will we come back again...? We will be booking in as soon as we sort out our holiday dates for next year as we both love Thailand.

Apologies for cutting short my trip to only one night, but I still managed to see what a beautiful job you have made to this lovely building. It's very well apointed with lots of nice simple touches, that are the mark of a personal influence. I will have no problem in recommending here and indeed, have already done so to the tour operator.

We only stayed in Bangkok one night this trip & could not have wished for a nicer hotel to spend the night. The building is beautiful & the decor is stunning. Tasma, Jason & all the staff made us feel at home -- it was like we were staying with friends.

I'll definitely recommend your hotel to anyone planning a stay in Bangkok.

It's astonishing to me that you've been secretly opened for a month. Already you have achieved that difficult balance of always being interested and helpful but not prying or unduly bothersome. Additionally Baan Pra Nond is a true oasis of calm and good taste.

I'm glad I choose this place to stay as start of my 3-4 week holidays in Thailand. The house is beautiful and Tasma, Jason and Janya are so nice and helpful. I'm sure reputation will be built among tourists very soon and hope the home-like warmness remains forever.

We were two girls on a gap year traveling through Thailand and this place was a god send! The rooms, specifically Room 5 was beautiful. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Considering its on the main road, it's very quiet in the rooms and conjures a relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend hot-chocolate muffins and orange juice!
